This venue is a great opportunity for brides and grooms on a smaller budget looking for a private and intimate place to say I do! Hytching Post History
The Hytching Post got it's name from a play on words with it being located in Hytop, Al. The arbor located on the ceremony site is also in the shape of a hitching post. The venue is located on several acres of property surrounded by beautiful views.
A sweet couple was planning a wedding for their daughter and thought it would be a great idea to have it on their property, so they got to work on building a ceremony site with a wooden arbor and wooden benches for guests. After the wedding was a success, they decided that they had to share this space for other couple's to enjoy!

Surrounding Area
The ceremony site is an area closed in by beautiful trees that can be accessed through a private walking path. It is perfect for someone wanting to feel completely out in nature!
There is a gorgeous pond on the property as well as many great backgrounds for photo opportunities.
Another area on the property that is also included with rental of the venue is a getting ready suite. A great place with lots of space to accommodate several members of the wedding when getting ready before the event.
