I LOVE a good sale, don't you? We all know weddings can be very expensive, but don't worry, I am here to help! Read below all of my tips and tricks for saving money on your wedding decorations and the best times throughout the year to purchase! (In chronological order)
Amazon Prime Day Sale
If you are a person, you more than likely have used Amazon.com before! They have just about everything you could ever need... Amazon is great for wedding decorations and accessories and of course they have great prices!
Amazon prime day is for prime members to have 2 days, usually a few times a year, to get loads of things at a discounted rate!
If you are engaged, create a wish list on Amazon for wedding items you are wanting and when prime day rolls around, scroll through the list and see if any of the items are on sale!
Black Friday Sale
Black Friday shopping is easier than ever with online shopping now! I miss the huge discounts that came with in-store Black Friday, but I don't miss the hours long checkout lines!! If you don't know what Black Friday is, it's the day after Thanksgiving where business's offer sales and discounts.
With most places, Black Friday is the biggest sale for the entire year! The best time to purchase things for your wedding. This is a great time for general shopping with any store or online shopping site.

Cyber Monday Sale
Cyber Monday used to be the online shopping side of Black Friday, but now most businesses just carry on Black Friday from Friday-Monday. So if you miss the sales from Friday, you can catch them until Monday! Don't miss out on the discounts!
Christmas Sale
Of course, the best time of the year in general would be leading up to Christmas! Most people spend a majority of their yearly shopping right before Christmas, so stores and shopping sites will participate in sales and discounts.
For this one, you will need to keep watch of your favorite items to see when they may go on sale. To save time, limit the sale stalking to your big ticket items only.
Hobby Lobby Sale
For Hobby Lobby lover's, Hobby Lobby is always having sales on different categories of items. They generally have their "wedding" department on sale at a 40%-50% discount every other week throughout the year.
Before you run out the door to see what they have in stock, check their weekly ad to see if
the wedding items are on sale this week!
Off Season Sale
Off Season for weddings in most areas is generally November-April. You can find sales on wedding decorations and accessories throughout this time, as it is the less popular wedding season!
