Hey there! I am Elizabeth Jones of EJ Events Wedding Planning & Event Coordination, here to guide you on your wedding planning journey. This one's for the girls, your bridesmaids, so send them this post to ensure a seamless, peaceful wedding morning that everyone can enjoy.

Bridesmaids, maids and matrons of honor, let's dive into how you can care for your bride and contribute to the amazing memories that she will carry with her after her wedding day.

She's Engaged!

She said yes!! How exciting. One of the best feelings after getting engaged is sharing the excitement with your friends that have been there through it all. Put the effort in to show your excitement for her and make her feel special! Show off her gorgeous new ring to everyone you see and tell her how happy you are for her new season of life.

Wedding Planning Process

So it begins! Planning your wedding is a different experience than any other event you may plan in your lifetime. There are so many aspects... family dynamics, budget restrictions, color schemes and themes, friendship dynamics...and the list goes on.

The most important thing that you can do for your bride during this time is be there for her! Support her in any way that you can, even if you don't know anything about planning a wedding. It's hard to feel alone and overwhelmed.. after all, your bride has probably never done this before.

Wedding Weekend

It's coming up soon! Your bride most likely has some last minute tasks to take care of, decorations and accessories to load and unload... be by her side! She wants to spend this time with her closest friends and loved ones, but she's also worried that she has forgotten something.

Reassure her that her day is going to be beautiful and special no matter what! Spend time with her and prioritize her for the weekend. Your bride will love you more for it!

It's Wedding Day!

It is finally here! After all the planning, details, stress, and time... your bride's special day is finally here. Be her number one person for the day! Hype her up, make her feel beautiful and taken care of, and give her the best memories to carry forever.

Check on her, reassure her, and let her have all the peace she needs to feel the love of the day.

If there is free time during the day, try to complete any tasks that need to be done. If there is décor that needs to be setup, help her decorating team. If the bride needs some food or water, run and get it for her. Anything that will relieve some of her stress, will help more than you know!

It's her day and we want her to feel important! Be there, support, and do anything needed that will improve her experience. She will remember what you did for her!
